Nuestro Espadin contiene aromas frutales los cuales son melocotón, piña y notas florales que como la flor de azar.

Nuestro Maestro mezcalero no ahuma mucho las piñas del agave para darle una ahumado medio y agradable en bocado a nuestro mezcal. Gracias a esto lo recomendamos derecho para empezar un maridaje o incluso como un aperitivo.
